Crafting User Touchpoints

This was one of my favorite projects! I collaborated with the Product Design Director. The goal was to come up with ideas for illustrations that would then be used in our App’s flow.

It started with a list of steps of the Omio App and Web flow and the copy that would be next to the illustration. From that, I came up with some rough sketches.

I did some research for icons and graphics that inspire and communicate clearly the ideas I was working on. Keeping the brand's tone of voice and guidelines in mind, I began sketching...

I came up with plenty of ideas for each concept. Then met with the stakeholder to reduce the ideas to one per concept. Once we had the final ideas, we shared it with our in-house illustrator, she took care of the final art. Here are some examples:

Onboarding Screens and User Personas

On another collaboration with the Product Team, we worked on the welcoming screens for Omio App.
More context: When installing the app for first time, the user would see the onboarding screens. These, consisted in some unique selling points of the app. With these three illustrations I tried to explain the text.

The same concepts were used after rebranding, proving their good performance.

Onboarding screens: "Book train, bus and plane tickets", "Book on the go!" and "Travel in any language".

The following illustrations are part of a collaboration with the User Research team, they needed a way to represent each of the user personas that were using Omio's App.

User Personas: Travelling with bicycle, family, business trip, travelling with delicate objects.
